Stofft Architectural Group is the design firm behind 5559 Pennock — and the same firm responsible for the architectural design of 228 Bears Club Drive. The schematic and design development drawings reflect Stofft's signature approach to high-end residential composition: pavilion-based program, courtyard organization, and a careful relationship between interior volumes and outdoor living.

Developer & Builder

Onshore Construction is a Florida-based luxury residential developer with a decade-plus of in-house experience delivering trophy spec product on the Jupiter waterfront. Onshore is its own general contractor, eliminating the GC markup that defines most ultra-luxury residential cost structures and giving the buyer direct access to the principals through every phase of construction. Recent completed work includes 228 Bears Club Drive.

A 24- to 30-month delivery window from contract.

The residence is offered pre-construction. Buyer engagement at this stage allows for meaningful input on finishes, selections, and program detail — without the constraints of a finished product.
